The Property Vibees website and application (together, the "Service") are owned and operated by Kinson Property Vibes Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Kinson Property Vibes Private Limited is a company incorporated in India. We are responsible for the personal data processed through the Service.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account details such as your first name, last name, email address, and mobile number.
• A profile picture, if you choose to upload one.
• Property information you submit, including property name, category, address, map coordinates, brochures, and block, unit, and room details.
• Vastu assessments, scores, and remarks recorded through the Service.
• Messages you send us, for example when you contact support.

Information collected automatically

• Sign in and session information, including one time passwords (OTP) sent to your mobile number.
• Device and browser information, and a notification identifier if you allow push notifications.
• Technical logs such as IP address, access times, and error reports, used to keep the Service secure.

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and verify your identity when you sign in.
• To provide the Service, including property review, Vastu prediction, and expert review workflows.
• To send you notifications about activity related to your account and properties.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To maintain the security of the Service and prevent misuse.
• To comply with applicable laws and legal requests.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following cases:

• With other users of the Service where the workflow requires it, for example when a property you submit is reviewed by an admin, predictor, or expert.
• With service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting, SMS and OTP delivery, push notifications, and map services. They may process data only on our instructions.
• When required by law, court order, or a government authority.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct, update, or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. 8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
