These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Property Vibees website and application (together, the "Service"), owned and operated by Kinson Property Vibes Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service.
• Accounts are created and assigned a role by an administrator. You may not create an account for yourself or for anyone else unless your role permits it.
• You sign in with a one time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. Keep your mobile device secure and do not share OTPs with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately at support@propertyvibees.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
• Keep your profile details, including your name, email address, and mobile number, accurate and up to date.

2. Roles and access

The Service supports a review workflow in which each user is assigned one role. Your access is limited to the properties, localities, and users assigned to you.

• Property operators add and submit property details for review.
• Property admins review submitted properties and approve or reject them.
• Vastu predictors prepare Vastu predictions for approved properties.
• Vastu experts review and finalise Vastu predictions.
• Administrators manage users, roles, assignments, and account status.

You must use only the access granted to your role and must not try to view or change data that is not assigned to you.

3. Content you submit

You may submit property information such as names, categories, addresses, map coordinates, RERA registration details, images, brochures, and block, unit, and room details, as well as Vastu assessments, scores, and remarks (together, "your content").

• You confirm that your content is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You confirm that you own your content or have the permission needed to submit it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You grant us a non exclusive, royalty free licence to host, store, process, and display your content to operate and improve the Service, including sharing it with other users where the workflow requires it.
• We may remove or reject content that breaks these Terms or applicable law.

4. Vastu predictions and reviews

Vastu predictions, scores, and expert reviews provided through the Service are for general guidance only. They are based on the information submitted and on traditional Vastu principles.

• They are not architectural, structural, engineering, legal, financial, or investment advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
• We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or benefit from following a Vastu recommendation.
• Any decision you make about buying, selling, building, or modifying a property is your own responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent property or personal information.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Access, or try to access, accounts, data, or systems that you are not authorised to use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the Service, including by introducing malware or probing for vulnerabilities.
• Copy, scrape, or extract data from the Service by automated means, or reverse engineer any part of it.
• Use personal or property data obtained through the Service for any purpose other than performing your role.

6. Confidentiality

Property details, Vastu assessments, and user information you can see through the Service are confidential. You may use them only to perform your role and must not disclose them to anyone outside the Service, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and the Property Vibees name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, non transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer any ownership to you.

8. Third party services

The Service relies on third party providers for hosting, SMS and OTP delivery, push notifications, and maps. Their services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by them.

9. Suspension and termination

We or an administrator may suspend, mark as inactive, or close your account at any time if you break these Terms, if your role is no longer required, or if needed to protect the Service or other users. When your account is inactive you will not be able to sign in. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, or that any information in it is accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any Vastu prediction or review. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service.

13. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process your data as described there.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
